Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District intends to enter into a cooperative agreement with a state agency responsible for the administration or implementation of undesirable plants laws of the state. The selected agency will provide professional services to assist USACE with the management of undesirable plants on federal lands managed by NWK associated with the Missouri River Bank Stabilization and Navigation, Fish & Wildlife Mitigation Project in St. Charles County, Missouri. The cooperative agreement will be awarded pursuant to 7 U.S.C. ยง 2814 Federal Noxious Weed Act of 1974. The recipient must be a state department of agriculture or other state agency or political subdivision thereof responsible for the administration or implementation of undesirable plants laws of a state.
