Services include electronic equipment and media recovery, document recovery, and restoration due to fire, flood, sewer backups, smoke, or mold damage. The contractor must be available 24/7, 365 days a year, and provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and other resources. The contract will be for 5 years and may be awarded to two or more proposers based on a selection committee's decision.
