Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) has determined that Industeel Belgium S.A. made sales of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Belgium at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. Commerce also determined that NLMK Belgium, a single entity comprising several companies, had no shipments to the United States during this period. The final results include the weighted-average dumping margin for Industeel and instructions for assessment and cash deposit requirements. This determination is effective as of May 15, 2026.
