Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the information collection related to the Energy and Performance Information Center (EPIC). EPIC automates the collection of various forms from Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) including the Five-Year Plan, Annual Statement/Budget, and Performance and Evaluation forms. The system also collects signed documents required for accessing funds and tracks development of public housing with federal funds.
