Description

This solicitation is for the construction of pavement improvements in Zone 1 and Cypress Avenue. The contractor is required to supply all labor, materials, and equipment to perform tasks including removal and replacement of existing concrete improvements, sawcutting, asphalt pavement reconstruction, asphalt cold mill and overlay, asphalt patching, crack sealing, slurry sealing, adjustment of water valves and manholes to grade, traffic control, and replacement of pavement markings with reflective thermoplastic products per Caltrans specifications. The project requires a California Class A contractor's license and includes a bid bond and various performance bonds. The work is to be completed within 45 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
