Description
This solicitation is for the removal of existing heating and hot water heat exchangers, glycol heat exchanger and pump, domestic water heating mixing valve and circulator, and modifications to the gas service and piping into the building. It also includes removal and capping of the campus high temperature hot water piping, turnover of the existing ACE water heater to SCSU, and new construction involving rigging and installation of two owner-provided AERCO boilers and all related accessories. Additional work includes venting, piping, pumps, controls, wiring, glycol heat exchanger and pumps, two indirect domestic water heaters, mixing valves and circulator, backflow prevention device on incoming water service, electrical power support including a new panel, and DDC system integration with the existing BMS system serving the building and campus.
