The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is seeking bids for the supply of Unisource 2192 multi-purpose red booster hoses or DNR-approved equivalents to support wildfire control operations. - Government Buyer: - State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources (DNR) - OEM Highlight: - Unisource is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); equivalent products from other manufacturers may be proposed if approved by DNR - Products Requested: - Total of 30 hoses required - 20 hoses: ¾” x 200’ length, 300 PSI, male and female 1” NPSH aluminum hard coat barway ends - 10 hoses: ¾” x 100’ length, 300 PSI, male and female 1” NPSH aluminum hard coat barway ends - All hoses must be made in the USA or be a DNR-approved equivalent - Technical specifications include: Black EPDM tube, Red EPDM cover, multiple textile spiral reinforcement, temperature range -40°F to 210°F, 4:1 design factor - Notable Requirements: - Strict compliance with technical and construction standards - Bidders may propose equivalent products but must provide documentation for DNR approval - Delivery required to the Minnesota Interagency Fire Center (MIFC) in Grand Rapids, MN - Diversity and inclusion encouraged: participation from minority, women, veteran, and disability-owned businesses - No services are requested; this is strictly a product purchase - Estimated contract value: $10,000 to $25,000 - Contract term: Approximately one year with an option to extend for up to 12 additional months

The State of Minnesota, through its Department of Natural Resources, is soliciting bids for the purchase of thirty (30) New Unisource 2192 Multi-purpose red booster hoses or DNR approved equivalents. The hoses must meet the specifications listed in Exhibit C of the contract and be delivered to the specified location. Responses must be submitted electronically via the Supplier Portal by May 22, 2026, 2:00 PM CT. Questions must be submitted in writing by May 18, 2026, 2:00 PM CT.
