The City of East Lansing Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking revised proposals from companies to provide and install a color-changing LED lighting system on the exterior of a skywalk crossing Albert Avenue, connecting the Marriott with the Charles Street Parking Garage. The project aims to beautify downtown East Lansing. A mandatory on-site meeting is scheduled, and the deadline for submitting questions and completing a walk-through meeting is specified.
