Clemson University is seeking qualified offerors to provide professional consulting services to upgrade and restructure the MITS Rocket Software ChangeMan ZMF environment used within the MMIS and MEDS mainframe systems. The project involves upgrading the existing ChangeMan ZMF implementation from version 8.2 to the latest vendor-supported release, ensuring all existing customizations remain functional and compatible. Additionally, the scope includes redesigning portions of the ChangeMan promotion framework to improve operational flexibility, reduce dependency on customized logic, and support multiple component types within a single package. The selected vendor will perform assessment, installation, configuration, retrofit, validation, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer services in coordination with Clemson MITS personnel.
