The Park & Recreation Department of the City of Dallas is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced proposers to provide the management and operation of Southern Skates for a period of five years with one five-year renewal option. The awarded proposer will operate, manage, and maintain Southern Skates as a first-class event and recreational facility for skating activities and ancillary special events compatible with skating. The proposer must meet high standards in visual, operational, customer service, community engagement, production, and management to provide top quality amenities and services to visitors and the community.
