Description
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is issuing a final order debarring Oscar Bobo for 5 years from importing or offering for import any drug into the United States. This action is based on findings that Mr. Bobo engaged in a pattern of importing misbranded drugs in amounts inconsistent with personal use, which were not designated in an authorized electronic data interchange system as FDA-regulated products. Mr. Bobo was notified of the proposed debarment and given an opportunity to request a hearing but failed to respond, waiving his right to a hearing. The debarment is effective May 15, 2026.
