Description

Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed contractors to provide Distribution Dock Crew Services under a unit-priced contract. The scope includes overhead and underground distribution system construction, repair, and maintenance, pole installation and removal, conductor installation, transformer and equipment installation, underground cable pulling, service installations and removals, emergency and afterhours response, and other related tasks. Work will be scheduled and directed daily by the District's Operations Supervisor, with an expectation of a dedicated crew consisting of a Line Foreman and three qualified Journeyman Linemen. The contract term is estimated from June 15, 2026 to November 20, 2026, with compensation based on unit prices and a contract value not to exceed $1,000,000.
