Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to design and install a Victaulic Vortex 1500 hybrid fire suppression system at the Box Canyon Dam Powerhouse. The contractor must be qualified by Victaulic to provide all design, fabrication, installation, programming, calibration, and testing of the system, including all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work. Bids must include a completed bid form, bid bond of 5% of the total bid amount, contractor information and licensing, proposed project schedule, and acknowledgment of addenda if applicable. Bids are to be submitted electronically via ProcureWare by June 2, 2026, with a public bid opening held virtually via Microsoft Teams.
