This Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicits bids from licensed plumbing contractors to diagnose and repair plumbing systems at seven Hawaii District harbors and one launch ramp. The work excludes scheduled preventive maintenance unless specifically required by the Contract Administrator or Chief Engineer. The contract term is for twelve months starting no earlier than June 30, 2026, with possible extensions for up to two additional twelve-month periods. Bidders must have a valid State Contractor's license, classification C37, and must not have had a contract terminated for non-performance in the past five years.
