The Little Rock School District is soliciting responses from qualified individuals or firms to serve as a Consultant to assist the District in reviewing its facilities master plan and applying to the state of Arkansas academic facilities partnership program. The consultant will aid in reviewing the legal, technical, and financial feasibility of securing funding, assist in developing the application in compliance with state rules, and attend meetings and hearings as required. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive offeror, with evaluation criteria including experience, capacity, past performance, proximity to LRSD, and references. The District intends to award a single contract and may extend it based on mutual agreement.
