Description

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking a contractor through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide preventive maintenance services for boilers and ancillary equipment at the facility located at 1400 Noyes Street, Utica, NY 13502. The contract term is five years, starting January 1, 2027.
