USDA is seeking proposals for a short-term office space rental in Pierce County, WA for its Service Center operations. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) - Farm Production and Conservation Business Center Acquisition Division (FPAC BUS CNTR-ACQ DIV) - Requested Services: - Short-term rental of office space (4,000–5,500 sq ft) in Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, Fife, or Edgewood, WA - Space must be ADA compliant, secure, fully furnished, and include: - At least two private offices (minimum 250 sq ft each) - Workstations for 9 employees - Conference room for 10 people - Storage (200 sq ft), server room (100 sq ft), front desk reception, two bathrooms, break room (100 sq ft with sink) - Parking for 6 visitors, 9 employees, and 4 government vehicles (24/7 reserved government vehicle parking with security surveillance) - All utilities, janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, and furniture included in gross monthly price - Unique Requirements: - Lease is for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option years (up to 5 years total) - Set aside for small businesses - Must meet all technical and accessibility specifications as detailed in the Statement of Work - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; proposals are open to qualified small business landlords.

Description

The USDA Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service located in Pierce County (Tacoma, Puyallup, Sumner, Fife, or Edgewood), WA USDA Service Center requires a short-term rental for office space. Please see Attachment 3 - Statement of Work and Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions for additional information. Anticipated period of performance is  July 1, 2026- June 30, 2027 with four possible option years.
