Description
The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management, is initiating a multi-step sealed bid process including a prequalification phase followed by an Invitation for Bid for citywide on-call painting and pressure washing services. The services include surface preparation, pressure washing, cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and painting across multiple city-owned facilities. Vendors will be evaluated for technical, managerial, and operational capabilities to respond promptly to task orders. The contract term is three years with two one-year renewals, and the City may select more than one contractor. Work will be authorized by individual work orders and performed primarily at various City of Atlanta facilities.
