Description

Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Division of Facilities Management, is soliciting proposals from qualified Controls Contractors to provide Alerton Controls, Johnson Controls, and Niagara Control platform controls, programming, repairs, solution consulting, and coordination with commissioning agents for commissioning and re-commissioning projects. The County intends to create a pool of 3-5 qualified contractors to be utilized on projects on an as-needed basis. The solicitation includes services related to HVAC construction and maintenance, programmable logic control software, and air conditioning installation or maintenance.
