Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking to retain an Engineering Consultant to provide comprehensive professional services for the design and construction administration of potable water and wastewater infrastructure at the Two Jack Lakeside Campground in Banff National Park. The existing systems are aging and, in several instances, are no longer aligned with current regulatory requirements, operational standards, or long-term asset management objectives. The contract duration is 28 months, starting approximately on July 6, 2026, with services to be completed by December 1, 2028.
