ICE Homeland Security Investigations and the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) are seeking industry input and support for operational solutions, platforms, data services, and program management for SEVIS and SEVPAMS systems. - Government Buyer: - Department of Homeland Security, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) - Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Information Technology Division - SEVP Program Management Office (PMO) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the documents - Products/Services Requested: - Operational solutions, platforms, and data services to support ICE HSI - Program management and administrative support for SEVIS and SEVPAMS systems - Agile-driven program management - Requirements management and definition - Testing (User Acceptance Testing, Functional Quality Testing) - Documentation and technical writing - Library management (SharePoint best practices) - Risk and schedule management - Production support and interface partner coordination - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Respondents may be invited for live demonstrations of their solutions - Strict performance standards for deliverables (reports, plans, schedules) - Handling and segregation of proprietary information in responses - Key personnel roles required: Program Manager, Project Manager, Lead Requirements Analyst, Technical Writers - Support must be Agile-driven and collaborative with government and contractor teams - Place of Performance and Delivery Locations: - ICE HSI IT Division, 500 12TH ST SW, Washington, DC - DHS and ICE Facilities in the National Capital Region (NCR) - 2070 Chain Bridge Road, Tysons Corner, VA - Period of Performance: - 2-month transition-in, 10-month base period, two 1-year option periods

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is on behalf of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). THIS IS A RFI ONLY. This is not a solicitation announcement. This RFI is solely for market research, planning and information gathering purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Broad Agency Announcement, Request for Proposal, etc.). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. ICE is currently not seeking proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. All submissions become the property of the Government and will not be returned. 

If you submit proprietary information, you must clearly mark “PROPRIETARY” on every sheet containing such information and segregate the proprietary information to the maximum extent practical from other portions of your response (e.g., use an attachment or exhibit). RFI Purpose: This RFI is seeking market research information to obtain industry feedback from qualified professionals that could provide operational solutions. It is the Government's intent to select several respondents to this RFI to present a live demonstration of their operational capabilities, platforms and data services that can support the overall need.
