The US Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District is issuing this Sources Sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide HVAC control systems to include Direct Digital Control (DDC), Energy Management Control System (EMCS) and Java Application Control Engine (JACE) systems in the construction of the Varsity Baseball Stadium at the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado.
