Description
This is a presolicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 . A separate written solicitation will be issued. This project's specification covers the replacement of 73 Fan Coil Units for the US- Embassy, Vienna. The work involves, but is not limited to the following: • Decommissioning of existing FCUs, 2 pipes • Draining to the required extent • Disconnecting cold water- and condensate pipes • Electrical disconnection FCU’s and room controllers • Removal and disposal existing FCU’s and pipes • Execution planning • Delivery and installation of 73 FCU’s incl. pipes, valves, actuators and room controllers • Connection cold water- and condensate pipes • Pipe insulation • Electrical connection • Hydraulic balancing • Commissioning • Documentation
