The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, under the Department of State, is seeking a contractor for a comprehensive optical survey and camera inspection of all underground wastewater sewer lines and manholes at its compound. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, Facility Management Office - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Equipment Requested: - High-pressure water jetting units and sewer cleaning nozzles (adjustable up to 4,000 psi) - Color pan/tilt camera system (360-degree rotation, automatic image stabilization, minimum 450 lines resolution, corrosion-resistant, shock- and vibration-proof, waterproof) - Certified safety equipment (gas detector, tripod, helmet, rescue harness, safety barriers, warning signs, cones, fencing, traffic control materials) - Miscellaneous materials (access pit shoring, environmentally safe cleaning agents, waste containment, sealing materials) - Services Requested: - Complete optical survey and camera inspection of all underground wastewater sewer lines and manholes - Cleaning, inspection, documentation, and reporting on sewer conditions across eight phased areas - Delivery of detailed inspection reports, videos, site plans, and prioritized repair catalogs - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment - Compliance with safety and quality standards is mandatory - Restoration of all affected areas after work - Mandatory pre-quotation site visit for all offerors and subcontractors - Place of Performance: - U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, Giessener Strasse 30, 60435 Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Rainwater Drainage Inspection

The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price to:

Conduct optical survey/camera-inspection of all wastewater underground sewage and manholes at the US Consulate General Frankfurt.

The Consulate will conduct a pre-quotation visit at the site on Friday, 22. May 2026 at 10:00 am (local time) at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt, Wetzlarer Strasse, 60435, Frankfurt am Main.  Interested parties must register to attend (maximum 2 representatives per offeror) by 1300 CET on Wednesday, 20 May 2026.

Attendance of the pre-quotation visit at the site on Friday, 22. May 2026 at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt is a mandatory prerequisite for submitting  a final quote. This also applies to any subcontractor the offeror wishes to engage. Additional Links:Frankfurt Contracting Opportunities
