The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to lease new, state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center - Network Contracting Office 16 - Products/Services Requested: - Lease of new, FDA-cleared, 4K-capable endoscopy equipment for Operating Rooms 4, 5, & 6, ENT Clinic, and Urology Clinic - Equipment must be compatible with VA clinical systems - Lease includes delivery, installation, integration, staff training, preventive and corrective maintenance, and full service support - Service plan for all leased equipment - Quantities: - 12 units of endoscopy equipment and 12 service plans per year (base and each option year) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be new (not refurbished) and FDA-cleared - 4K video capability required - Preventive and corrective maintenance with 4-hour response during business hours - Loaner equipment required if repairs exceed 48 hours - Manufacturer-certified service support - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with two 12-month option years - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - All work and delivery to occur at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center
