Description

The project consists of removing the current flooring and providing durable, long-lasting vinyl flooring for high- traffic areas within rooms 114, 115,116, 117, 118, 119, 120,122, and 124 located in building 1001. The work includes demolition of existing flooring, proper handling and disposal of materials in accordance with environmental requirements, preparation of the concrete subfloor, and installation of new flooring. Replacement includes 4” inch vinyl base with toe throughout all designated rooms. Install new vinyl flooring in eight (8) rooms measuring 11 ft X 16 ft and one (1) room measuring approximately 12 ft X 37 ft (approx. 1,500 sq ft total for all rooms). Contract is responsible for moving all furniture as required for flooring removal and installation.
