Description
This is the official solicitation for a contract opportunity to provide a complete and permanent solution for the recurring water intrusion and drainage failures within the men and women locker room showers and sauna facilities located in the Tyndall Fitness Center, building 1601. This solicitation notice also includes an amendment to the solicitation moving the proposal due date to 10 June 2026 @ 1200 CST. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the tasks defined by the Statement of Work (SOW). All work shall be accomplished in accordance with contract documents and most recent Federal and State regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238220 will apply to this acquisition. The size standard for this NAICS code is $19.0M. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The magnitude for this project is not expected to be greater than $500,000.
