NSWC Crane, part of the U.S. Navy under NAVSEA, is seeking small business vendors to deliver in-person Autonomous Drone and Systems Training at its federal facility in Crane, Indiana. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Warfare Center - Workforce Development Branch, Human Resources Office - Products/Services Requested: - Autonomous Drone and Systems Training (multiple CLINs, each for one unit) - 2-day fundamentals course for up to 60 students in FY26 - Additional training sessions anticipated 3-5 times per fiscal year, with options for annual courses over a 5-year period - Training topics include drone warfare principles, AI-driven defense, counter-drone tactics, autonomous targeting, ethical considerations, and emerging technologies - Vendor instructors must have relevant military and technical expertise - Annual submission of updated course catalogs and training materials required - Quantities and Part Numbers: - Each CLIN represents one training session (part numbers: 0001, 0001AA, 0001AB, etc.) - Initial fundamentals course for up to 60 students - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All training must be conducted in person at government-provided facilities - Vendors must have active CMMC Level 1 certification - Firm Fixed Price contract with a maximum order value of $500,000 - Technical documentation and course catalogs must be provided annually - Place of Performance: - NSWC Crane, 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001 - No specific OEMs or named vendors are referenced in the solicitation.

 This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13 as a written .  Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-26-Q-0146 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. 

All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/.  It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation. 

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
