The U.S. Marine Corps, through Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST), is seeking commercial rental and facility support services for an exercise in the San Antonio, Texas area. - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, United States Marine Corps, MCIEAST - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; services are to be provided by commercial sources - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 2 recreational vehicles (RVs) or equivalent mobile lodging units (22-28 ft, climate control, sanitation, kitchenette, delivery/setup/retrieval) - Rental of 2 RV lot spaces (with electricity, water, sewage, safe access) - Rental of 2 external drive-up storage units (vehicle accessible, visible from public right-of-way) - Rental of 1 commercial 10-foot box truck (enclosed, operable, load-securing, full fuel tank) - Access to commercial training/meeting venues in San Antonio (4 days at one venue, 2 days at another, climate-controlled, seating, kitchen facilities) - 3 hot desk memberships at two separate coworking locations (total 6 memberships, internet, business hours access) - Rental of 3 residential housing units (varying capacities: 7, 5, and 2 personnel; furnished, internet, parking, near San Antonio city center and Braunig Lake RV Resort) - Delivery, setup, and retrieval services for all rentals - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All facilities and vehicles must be delivered, set up, and retrieved within specific dates - Housing units must be fully furnished, include linens, internet, washer/dryer, and parking for specified number of vehicles - Training venues and workspaces must be professional, climate-controlled, and located within the San Antonio metropolitan area - Storage units must be accessible by commercial box truck and visible from public right-of-way - Locations: - Primary place of performance and delivery is San Antonio, TX and nearby areas (including Braunig Lake RV Resort and Converse, TX) - Contracting office is MCB Camp Lejeune, NC

This is a Sources Sought announcement to request information only.  This is not a Request for Quote or Proposal.  This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes.  This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or a confirmation that the Government will contract for the services contained in the Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied.

Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether this approach to securing contracting support is practicable.

Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought.  Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned.  Please note that the solicitation number used for this Sources Sought may be different from the one in the actual solicitation, if a solicitation materializes.
