DescriptionThe Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Region, Office of Justice Services is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) capable of providing storage rental units, including but not limited to:- Provision of secure storage rental units suitable for office and operational needs- Delivery, placement, and removal of units at specified locations- Regular maintenance and servicing of storage units- Ability to provide units of varying sizes as required- Optional climate-controlled units, if applicable- Compliance with all federal, state, and tribal regulations for storage services- Electrical outlets available in every storage space- Electronic gates with keypad access for secure entry- Climate-controlled self storage options to protect sensitive items- Video cameras and 24-hour surveillance for enhanced security- On-site security guard patrol to monitor the facility- Enclosed garages with automatic doors for vehicle and equipment storage- Fully enclosed and well-lit storage spaces for safety and visibility- Extra wide drive aisles to accommodate large vehicles and facilitate easy access- Access to storage units seven days a week- Extended access hours from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily- Availability of month-to-month rental terms for flexibilityThis notice is NOT a solicitation, request for proposal, or commitment by the Government.
