Description
This solicitation is for the construction of neighborhood right of way infrastructure at the Iron Rd. Subdivision for the Douglas-Coffee County Industrial Authority. The work includes installation of approximately 4,359 linear feet of 6" PVC C900 water main, 5,190 linear feet of 8" SDR 26 sewer trench cut, a submersible duplex pump station with 1,179 linear feet of 4" PVC force main, new roadway construction with 6,456 square yards of 8" GAB, 710 tons of 9.5mm Superpave asphalt, 9,426 linear feet of curb and gutter, various sizes of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), 23 catch basins, and all necessary roadway and drainage improvements.
