The Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Leavenworth is seeking a wide range of food products for its fourth quarter subsistence needs: - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Leavenworth - Products/Services Requested: - Large quantities of dry and canned beans (e.g., 7,500 lbs black beans, 2,500 lbs each of kidney, lentil, navy, and pinto beans) - Pasta (elbow, lasagna, rotini, spaghetti) in various forms and quantities (up to 4,000 lbs) - Grains and cereals (corn meal, flour, bran flakes, hominy grits, rolled oats) - Spreads and oils (peanut butter, soy protein, shortening, salad oils, butter, margarine) - Condiments and dressings (creamy Italian, Caesar, mustard, fruit jelly, sugar) - Snack items (taco shells, tortilla chips) - Canned vegetables and tomatoes (diced, paste, crushed, carrots, corn, mixed vegetables, peas, jalapenos, spinach) - Spices and seasonings (basil, bay leaves, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder/salt, ginger, onion powder, parsley, red pepper, thyme) - Soup bases (chicken and vegetable bouillon, low/reduced sodium) - Meats and proteins (ground beef, beef patties, beef roast, chicken breast, chicken leg quarters, chicken filet, fish fillets, Italian sausage, pork roast, turkey roast) - Dairy and eggs (cheddar and mozzarella cheese, whole milk, eggs) - Coffee (medium ground) - Quantities range from dozens of cases to hundreds of thousands of individual units (e.g., 286,000 half-pint milk containers, 324,000 fruit jelly portions, 15,000 lbs chicken breast) - All products must meet USDA Commodity Identification Description (CID) standards and federal food regulations - Strict requirements for quality, packaging, labeling, and kosher certification for religious diet items - No specific OEMs or brands are specified; products must comply with federal specifications - Set aside for small business (SBA) participants - Delivery is FOB destination to FCI Leavenworth within 30 days after receipt of order, during the specified period of performance

Description

This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract for the QTR 4 subsistence requirement, which consists of food items delivered to FCI Leavenworth between the dates of July 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards) Period of Performance: July 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026

Directions How to Provide Quote: See the attached spread sheet file. Add a per unit price next to the items you wish to provide a quote for. Only items with quantities, unit pricing, and item description stating how the item will be packaged will be considered.  Fill in the spreadsheet with items you wish to compete on and return the file as a spread sheet (i.e. no PDF, or Word Files).

Delivery information and vendor information sheet are with the solicitation. The vendor information sheet, on the last page of the synopsis, must be completed and returned with the spreadsheet.
