The Federal Bureau of Prisons at FCI Leavenworth is seeking small business vendors to supply a range of kosher-certified food items for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Leavenworth - Products/Services Requested: - Kosher-certified ready-to-eat meals and packaged food items - Kosher Meat Meals: 16 oz Chicken Wing Meal (48 units), 16 oz Meatloaf Meal (84 units) - Kosher Parve Meal: 16 oz Pasta with Vegetable Protein Meat Sauce (228 units) - Kosher Dairy Meals: 16 oz Vegetable Protein Lasagna (252 units), 7 oz Cheese Omelet (144 units), 7 oz Spanish Omelet (144 units) - Kosher Tuna, Chunk Light in Water, 4-6 oz pouches (1116 units) - Kosher Sardines in Soybean Oil, 3-6 oz pouches (612 units) - Kosher Vegetable Juice, 5-7 oz pouches/cans (2832 units) - Kosher Mustard, individual packets, 4.5-9g (9200 units) - Kosher Peanut Butter, individual packets, 0.5-2 oz (2400 units) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All products must have valid kosher certification (hechsher) and comply with USDA Commodity Identification Description (CID) standards - Strict adherence to religious dietary specifications, packaging, and temperature requirements - Deliveries must be made to FCI Leavenworth within 30 days after order, during specified business hours - No specific OEMs or brand names are referenced; vendors may propose any products meeting the stated kosher and CID requirements.

Description

This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract for the QTR 4 Kosher requirement, which consists of food items delivered to FCI Leavenworth between the dates of July 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026. Each item must meet the specification in the line description and the CID standards found here (https://www.ams.usda.gov/grades-standards)  Period of Performance: July 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026 Directions How to Provide Quote: See the attached spread sheet file. Add a per unit price next to the items you wish to provide a quote for. Only items with quantities, unit pricing, and item description stating how the item will be packaged will be considered.  Fill in the spreadsheet with items you wish to compete on and return the file as a spread sheet (i.e. no PDF, or Word Files). Delivery information and vendor information sheet are with the solicitation. The vendor information sheet, on the last page of the synopsis, must be completed and returned with the spreadsheet.
