Description

This solicitation is for a contract involving forest road maintenance, small-scale road construction, deactivation, bridge installation/removal, and related infrastructure works within the BC Timber Sales Strait of Georgia Business Area. The work primarily occurs in the Campbell River Operating Area and some in the Port Alberni Operating Area. The contract supports safe and continuous access on Forest Service Roads through routine maintenance, reactivation, emergency response, and structural repairs. Activities include road surface repairs, grading, drainage improvements, ditch cleaning, culvert installation, erosion control, brushing, signage, snow plowing, danger tree falling, removal of slough or slide material, and bridge-related works such as installation, removal, and repairs.
