City of Laredo El Metro Transit Center Building Maintenance and HVAC Upgrade Project

Description

The City of Laredo is soliciting bids for the El Metro Transit Center Building Maintenance Project, which includes general maintenance, selective demolition with temporary sidewalk barriers, exterior masonry veneer repairs on all floor levels, concrete flatwork, and replacement of HVAC air handler units, associated ductwork, chilled water lines, and control system wiring. The project also involves repairs to building masonry veneer, replacement of HVAC air handlers, chilled water lines, introduction of a new HVAC controls system, and a new public address system as per the plans and specifications prepared by Sepulveda Associates Architects, Inc.
