Description
The Community Connect Grant Program provides financial assistance to eligible applicants to deploy broadband service at or above 100 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up in rural, economically-challenged communities lacking broadband service of at least 10 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up. The program aims to stimulate economic development and enhance educational and healthcare opportunities in these areas. Grants will be awarded competitively, with priority given to areas demonstrating the greatest need. Eligible applicants include various government entities, nonprofits, and businesses.
