Description

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified consultants for Consultant Demand Services on an Annual Contract for the Department of Water Resources. The contract includes seven service categories such as Water and Water Reclamation Facilities, Water Line Services, Watershed and Stormwater Infrastructure, Dam Services, Asset Management, Programmatic Rehabilitation Management, and Specialized Support Services. Proposals must be submitted by July 29, 2026, and the proposal opening will be virtual. A virtual pre-proposal conference is scheduled for June 18, 2026.
