This opportunity involves the City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) seeking qualified vendors for authorized Dodge and Jeep vehicle service, repair, maintenance, and OEM parts supply. - Government Buyer: - City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) - OEMs and Vendors: - Dodge (Stellantis N.V.) - Jeep (Stellantis N.V.) - Products/Services Requested: - OEM Dodge and Jeep vehicle parts for models such as Ram 2500, 3500, 4500, Chargers, Durangos, Caravans, Wranglers, and minivans - Manufacturer-authorized service, repair, and maintenance for Dodge and Jeep vehicles - Includes preventative maintenance, diagnostics, warranty and recall work, technical service bulletin repairs, engine and transmission work, diesel emissions and fuel system diagnostics, electrical repairs, and factory-authorized calibration and testing - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors must be authorized by Dodge/Jeep or able to obtain authorization - Timely delivery of parts: within three hours for standard orders, two hours for emergency orders - All work performed by trained technicians using manufacturer-approved procedures and tools - All parts must meet OEM standards and include factory warranties - Vendors must maintain inventory to meet delivery timelines - Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations - Disclosure of any use of AI or automated decision-making technologies - All data must remain within the United States - Place of Performance: - City of Pasadena, Los Angeles County, California - Services support approximately 1,100 city fleet vehicles used by departments such as Transportation, Police, Public Works, Water and Power, and Fire

Description

The City of Pasadena Department of Public Works, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized Dodge and Jeep vehicle service, repair, and OEM parts on an as-needed basis. Services will support the City's Dodge and Jeep vehicles used across multiple departments including Transportation, Police, Public Works, Water and Power, and Fire. The scope includes preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and parts supply to ensure vehicle reliability and operational readiness. The contract is intended for ongoing service needs throughout Fiscal Year 2027.
