Description

This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete 6 culvert replacements near Foam Lake, Saskatchewan. The work involves the supply and installation of one 1,000 mm diameter, one 1,800 mm diameter, and four 2,200 mm diameter polymer laminated corrugated steel pipe culverts by open excavation on Highway No. 310, approximately 5 km south of its junction with Highway No. 16, for a total length of 176 m. The project is expected to start as early as June 2026 with a completion date as early as August 31, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for supplying borrow material, granular backfill, geotextiles, riprap, granular base course, asphalt concrete, culvert markers, and erosion control materials.
