Description
The Government of Saskatchewan, on behalf of the Ministry of Community Safety, is seeking information from industry on potential addictions programming options with an Indigenous and trauma-informed focus at Whitespruce Provincial Training Centre (WPTC). The programming is intended for a designated unit of approximately 10-12 offenders with varying sentence lengths of one to six months. The RFI aims to gather information to support future competition and welcomes responses from a broad range of entities including non-profits, Indigenous-led service providers, First Nations, Tribal Councils, and other qualified proponents capable of delivering addictions programming within a correctional environment.
