FCI McDowell is seeking suppliers for dairy and egg products for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice, Federal Prison System / Bureau of Prisons, FCI McDowell, Welch, WV - Products Requested: - Dairy, Cottage Cheese (350 lbs weekly) - Must meet CID A-A-20154C standards; 5lb containers; minimum 60-day shelf life - Dairy, Sour Cream (100 lbs weekly) - Must meet CID A-A-20251 standards; 5lb containers - Eggs, Shell, Whole, Fresh, U.S. Grade A, Medium (500 cases weekly) - 30 dozen per case - Dairy, Milk, Pasteurized, Whole (300,000 units) - Must meet CID A-A-20338A and 21 CFR131.110; pint containers - Unique Requirements: - All dairy items will be awarded to a single vendor based on overall pricing and past performance - Weekly deliveries required for all products - Products must comply with specific Commercial Item Descriptions (CID) and packaging standards - Bidders must match posted case counts or provide equivalent pricing - Evaluation criteria emphasize past performance and delivery schedule - No specific OEMs or branded vendors are mentioned; products must meet federal standards - Place of Performance: - FCI McDowell, 101 Federal Drive, Welch, WV 24801

Description

Evaluations will be based upon past performance, socio-economic status, overall price and delivery schedule. Greater emphasis will be placed upon past performance and delivery schedule. In addition to your price, if your quantities such as case count differ from what is posted, please do the calculations to match what your price would be as if you were delivering what is posted also post your actual case count as well. If the calculations are not done, your line item bid price will not be accepted.
