Description

The Village of Irvington is seeking bids to retain a qualified and licensed HVAC contractor to provide on-call HVAC maintenance and repair services for Village-owned facilities and infrastructure on an as-needed basis. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, emergency response, preventive maintenance, repair and replacement of HVAC components, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Bids must be submitted by June 3, 2026, and comply with prevailing wage requirements. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities.
