Description
The City of Rialto is seeking a qualified Consultant to provide a variety of MS4/NPDES related services on an as-needed basis. The Consultant will support all aspects of the NPDES program related to federal and state water regulations, including policy assessment, ordinance review, design and inspection services, and enforcement actions. The Consultant will also provide technical support to various City departments to ensure an integrated program that aligns with other water-related initiatives. The City desires a comprehensive approach involving prime and sub-consultants to ensure full program integration and compliance.
