Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals for data collection and analysis services for the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS), School Health Profiles, and Delaware Youth Tobacco Survey (YTS). The surveys are grouped into two contracts based on federal funding: one combining YRBS and Profiles, and the other for YTS.
