The City of Grand Forks is soliciting proposals for exclusive non-alcoholic beverage pouring rights at the Alerus Center for a period of five years, from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2031. The successful vendor will provide and maintain all necessary sales equipment, including vending machines, coolers, and portable carts, at no cost to the Alerus Center. The contract includes rights to supply bottled waters, sodas, teas, juices, sports drinks, energy drinks, and coffee drinks, excluding non-alcoholic beer, wine, seltzer, or similar alcohol-free varieties. Proposals must be submitted sealed by June 3, 2026, and will be evaluated based on responsiveness, financial offer, and experience.
