Description

The Town of Leesburg, VA is soliciting sealed proposals to establish multiple term contracts to provide snow and ice removal services from Town rights-of-way including streets, sidewalks and trails as well as Town property such as parking lots, the Town's parking garage, the Town's police station, etc. This is a continuous solicitation allowing offerors to submit proposals at any time. The Town will provide materials such as sand, salt, and brine at no cost to the contractor. The Town reserves the right to perform all, part, or none of the work and may award multiple contracts to ensure sufficient equipment and personnel for snow and ice removal operations.
