Description

The State of Alaska's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Business Enterprise Program (BEP) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or contractors to operate a Full-Service Grill & Espresso Beverage Concession business located inside the Nesbett State Courthouse in Anchorage, Alaska. The contractor will manage and maintain the concession, providing quality coffee/espresso beverages, food service including grab-and-go items, soups, snacks, fresh sandwiches, and catering services for special events. The contract involves revenue sharing with the BEP, with the contractor paying 15% of gross revenues as commission. The contractor is responsible for janitorial duties, maintaining equipment, staffing with certified personnel, and complying with health and safety requirements.
