The Carroll County Department of Planning and Land Management is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm to provide engineering design and permitting services for the rehabilitation of Piney Run Dam located in Piney Run Park, Sykesville, Maryland. The work includes engineering design of rehabilitation measures, erosion and sediment control, maintenance of stream flow, stormwater management, environmental permitting, and all associated analysis and production of plans, specifications, and estimates.
