Description

Nebraska Public Power District intends to procure all planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, miscellaneous materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, assembly, and demobilization as necessary to provide one 14-feet x 65-feet factory prefabricated substation Control Building with all components including miscellaneous equipment for the Seward 115 kV Substation. The contractor shall assemble the Control Building on pier foundations designed and installed by others. A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting will be held to review contract specifications and answer questions.
