The City of El Mirage is seeking bids for a traffic calming project along El Mirage Road from Well Street to End Street. - Government Buyer: - City of El Mirage Procurement Department - Products and Services Requested: - Installation of one speed cushion (12' wide at 3" height, 492 sq ft) - Asphalt milling (55 sq yd) and tack coat application (492 sq ft) - Acrylic and thermoplastic chevron striping (4 each) - Signage: 63 sq ft of sign panels, 6 sign posts with foundation and anchor, 1 sign post only - Removal, salvage, and relocation of sign panels and posts - Patching of concrete sidewalk (1 unit) - Crack sealing (lump sum and 154 linear feet) - Construction survey and traffic control (including devices) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with City and Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) standards - Contractor responsible for traffic control, safety, permits, and bonds - All materials and equipment must meet specified standards - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Project is subject to funding availability and bid validity of 60 days

Description

This project involves the installation of one speed cushion, signage, and striping on El Mirage Road between Well Street and End Street. Additional signage installation will also be required.
